HC Deb 22 May 1974 vol 874 cc162-3W
20. Mr. Moonman

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will seek to ascertain, in connection with the ban on direct arms selling by Great Britain to Syria, the scale and type of arms manufactured in Great Britain that have found their way to Syria through third countries not affected by the ban; and if he will make a statement.,

Mr. Ennals

I have no evidence that British arms have reached Syria through third countries.
