Mr. Carlisle

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) what will be the loss in the rate support grant to the Cheshire County Council as a result of the change from a variable to a flat rate distribution of the domestic rate relief;

(2)what will be the loss in the rate support grant to the new Halton District Council as a result of the change from a variable to a flat rate distribution of the domestic rate relief;

(3)what will be the loss in the rate support grant to the new Vale Royal District Council as a result of the change from a variable to a flat rate distribution of the domestic rate relief;

(4)what will be the loss in the rate support grant to the new Warrington Borough Council as a result of the change from a variable to a flat rate distribution of domestic rate relief.
