§ Mr. William RossUnder the urban programme, grant has been offered to Paisley Corporation of 75 per cent. of the capital cost of a youth and community centre, estimated at £187,000, and also of 75 per cent. of the approved running costs of the centre, estimated at £20,000 per annum, for the first five years. Grant at the same rate is also being paid on the corporation's expenditure on the community development project, estimated at £36,000 to date and £46,000 in 1974–75. Both the centre and the project are at Ferguslie Park.
