§ Mr. Roderickasked the Secretary of State for Wales how much the Severn-Trent Water Authority pays to the Welsh National Water Development Authority for water from the Elan Valley.
§ Mr. John MorrisThe arrangements and terms for the supply of water from Elan Valley to the Severn-Trent Authority will be the subject of an agreement to be reached between that authority and the Welsh authority under the provisions of Section 12 of the Water Act 1945 as re-enacted by Part I of Schedule 4 to the Water Act 1973.
