§ Mr. Geraint Howellsasked the Secretary of State for Employment how many males, females, boys and girls, respectively, have registered as unemployed in the county of Dyfed during April 1974.
§ Mr. John FraserFigures of unemployment relate to those on the register at a given date and not for totals who have registered during a period. On 8th April, 1974, 4,202 males and 1,147 females were unemployed in the employment office areas which broadly correspond to Dyfed. Following the reorganisation of the employment services separate figures for adults and young people will now only be available for January and July each year when detailed age analyses are compiled.
