§ Mr. Michael Lathamasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he is now able to make a statement on his proposals for assisting pig swill feeders genuinely unable to comply with the Diseases of Animals (Waste Food) Order 1973 by the operative date because of factors outside their control.
§ Mr. MoyleMy Department is currently assessing the extent of the problem and the best method of helping those genuinely unable to comply by 1st July 1974 whose premises and arrangements meet the requirements of the current 1957 order and present minimal health risks.
