Mr. Andrew F. Bennett

asked the Secretary of State for Defence how many, and which, of the recommendations of the Defence Lands Committee 1971–73 (Nugent Report) have now been implemented by his Department; and which he hopes will be implemented in the next few months.

We are now urgently considering the recommendations of the Nugent Report and hope to be in a position to make an announcement reasonably soon.
