§ Mr. Merlyn ReesThirty-four people with addresses in County Armagh are currently held in Her Majesty's Prisons under the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1973. Of the 34, 23 are detained by order of a commissioner, and 11 are held under interim custody orders pending hearing of their cases by a commissioner. It is not my policy to give details of the association of detainees with particular organisations.
