§ Mr. Frank Allaunasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he intends to introduce his Bill to provide security of tenure for tenants of furnished lettings; when he intends it to operate; and if he will seek to provide security of tenure for such tenants who may receive notice to quit or be evicted before the law comes into operation, whether or not this is after six months' stay on eviction has run out before the Bill becomes law.
