asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether, when cancelling visits by Her Majesty's ships to foreign countries, he investigates what effect the cancellation may have upon the placing of foreign naval orders with United Kingdom shipyards; and if he will make a statement on such recent cancellations.
