As I said in my reply on 21st March to my hon. Friend the Member for Kingston upon Hull, Central (Mr. McNamara) and the hon. Member for Brentwood and Ongar (Mr. McCrindle), this is a problem of which the Government are well aware and to which they are giving urgent attention.
