§ 41. Mr. Roseasked the Attorney-General whether he will take action to ensure that in all cases where legal representation is currently permitted before administrative tribunals such as industrial tribunals, legal aid can be granted so as to provide a more equal opportunity of securing such representation for those parties involved in litigation.
The Solicitor-GeneralThe Legal Aid Advisory Committee is at present considering the desirability of extending legal aid to all forms of statutory tribunal, including industrial tribunals.
