§ Mr. Charles R. MorrisMy right hon. Friend has added Nos. 3–13 Whitcomb Street to the list of buildings of special architectural or historic interest because of the arched brick-vaulted cellars beneath. This will ensure that the case for retaining them is given due weight in the proposals now before the Westminster City Council.
