§ Mr. Denis HowellI very much hope that the new local authorities will give early consideration to the implementation of such schemes as may seem appropriate in their areas. For their part, the Government are also giving renewed attention, in the context of future legislation, to the ways in which reclamation of materials for re-use might be encouraged.
