asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what plans he has for the further devolution of government in Scotland.

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what is his policy on the establishing of a Scottish assembly.

Mr. William Ross

The Government have undertaken to initiate discussions in Scotland about the Kilbrandon Report. Proposals will then be brought forward for consideration.
