Mr. Biggs-Davison

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he will seek the co-operation of the Government of the Irish Republic in preventing the entry to Northern Ireland of foreigners intending to take part in the Official IRA's International Guerrilla Festival in Belfast.

We are in touch with the authorities in the Republic with a view to forestalling possible attempts by undesirable aliens to attend this meeting, the first part of which is to be held in Dublin.
