Mr. Adleyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if, in consequence of various fires, acts of vandalism, and storm damage which have been visited upon Highcliffe Castle, Dorset, he will refer the owners of this building to the Director of Public Prosecutions with a view to prosecution under laws affecting the responsibility of owners of grade 1 listed buildings.
