Mr. Bryant Godman Irvineasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what consideration he has given to the formation of a development corporation in the Turks and Caicos Islands to permit the participation of the private sector in development of the islands as recommended in the official Outline Plan of 1971.
