§ Mr. Clemitsonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will now consider publishing the report made to him by the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis in the case of Kenneth Joseph Lennon, as he agreed to do in his statement to the House on 2nd May 1974, in view of the decision of the Court of Appeal in the case of Patrick Joseph O'Brien.
§ Mr. Roy JenkinsI shall publish the report when the appeals by three other persons with whom Mr. Lennon had associated have been decided.
