§ 29. Mr. Skinnerasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether she is satisfied with the outcome of her discussions with staff employed in the National Health Service.
§ Dr. OwenI have had discussions with representatives of several of the main groups of staff employed in the National Health Service. They have provided useful opportunities for exchanging views on many important subjects and I intend to develop and maintain arrangements for consultation with the Staff Side on all matters affecting the staff of the service.
