§ Mr. Ron Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT details of the sale of the Carlisle and District State Management Scheme, including, so far as is consistent with commercial confidence, a list of the tenders submitted by the potential buyers, with the successful purchaser in every case, the last date on which the buildings were valued individually, the total cost, and to whom paid, regarding the sale of the properties, and the names of persons who submitted tenders and paid cash which has not been refunded and the reason why; and if he will make a general statement about the outcome of the operation and the way in which it was conducted.
