§ Mr. Trotterasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will make a statement on the present and future work of Army youth teams.
§ Mr. William RodgersArmy youth teams give practical assistance to youth organisations to provide young people with the opportunity to take part in character-building activities which might otherwise be beyond the scope of individual clubs, to inform them about life and conditions in the Army, and by so doing encourage those who are suitable to join the Army. It is not planned to change the role of these teams.
