§ Mr. Newensasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if it is his policy to regard the recruitment of spies and informers by those holding posts in the South African Embassy, who are members of the South African Bureau for State Security, as compatible with the diplomatic immunity and other privileges accorded to them by Her Majesty's Government.
