§ Mr. David Steelasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will now make a statement on Rhodesian securities.
§ Miss Joan LestorThe Southern Rhodesia (Distribution to Creditors) Order 1973 was made in July last year and received affirmative resolution of both Houses of Parliament in October. Only Articles 1, 2 and 16 are in force and a decision to bring the remainder into operation is dependent on whether funds are found to be available for distribution to creditors. This will depend on an action pending before the courts.
