§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will introduce a Bill to reconstitute the Welsh National Water Development Authority so as to provide one representative from each new district council in Wales on the authority in addition 434W to the representatives of the new county councils.
§ Mr. RowlandsA majority of Welsh National Water Development Authority members are already appointed by local authorities within the authority's area. Ten members are appointed by the district councils on the basis of one representative for the district councils within each of the counties within the authority's area.
