asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will state the numbers of privately rented units of accommodation, showing furnished and unfurnished, respectively, for Wales and the city of Cardiff.

According to the 1971 Census, the number of enumerated households in dwellings (a) rented furnished and (b) rented unfurnished from a private landlord or housing association in Wales and Cardiff CB were as follows:
