§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales at which universities and technical colleges in Wales courses are being prepared which will train persons with the necessary skills and knowledge for Celtic Sea oil employment; and, in these colleges, what courses, for what trades, are already optional.
§ Mr. John MorrisEstablishments of further and higher education in Wales already offer a wide range of courses relevant to employment opportunities arising from Celtic Sea developments. This is a matter which my Celtic Sea Advisory Committee will be considering.
