§ Dr. OwenOwing to printing difficulties I am not able to publish the report at the moment, though I intend to do so as soon as possible. I have, however, had sufficient copies reproduced to enable them to be sent shortly to the organisations concerned, asking for their observations on the recommendations. I shall at the same time place a copy of the report in the Library and send copies to the hon. Members who have put down Questions about it. Copies will also be made available to the Press and trade and professional journals.
