asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what is her Majesty's Government's present policy over the export of live cattle.

Mr. William Ross

Present policy is to continue the suspension of the issue of licences to export cattle for purposes other than breeding or exhibition pending consideration of the O'Brien Committee's Report.
