Mr. Barry Henderson

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will now propose discontinuing the tolls charged on the Erskine, Forth and Tay Bridges in view of the extra taxes charged to motorists in the Budget; and if he will propose that the outstanding debt on the Erskine, Forth and Tay bridges be taken over by the proposed Scottish Development Agency.
