asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what he expects the effects on demand to be in a full year of the measures he announced on 22nd July.

The increase in domestic demand resulting from the measure announced on 22nd July is expected to be about £200 million at an annual rate by the fourth quarter of this year, and substantially more during 1975.
