§ Mr. MulleyApart from instructors who died, resigned, or did not renew their registrations, 66 were removed from the register in 1973. Of these, 43 had refused to take the prescribed test of continued ability and fitness to give instruction; 12 had been disqualified from driving; 10 were removed on grounds of character; and one because registration had been284W wrongfully obtained on the basis of false information.
