§ Mr. Maddenasked the Secretary of State for Industry what have been the total donations from category one firms, categorised in the counter-inflation programme of the previous Government, to (a) the Conservative Party and (b) Aims of Industry in the year to date and for the last five years on an annual basis.
§ Mr. BennThe only information which I can provide without undue expense of time and effort relates to those category 1 companies which are included in the Department of Industry's regular analysis of company accounts. The accounts of these 113 companies reported the following political contributions:
the rate of STD call failures. If the hon. Member has a particular difficulty in mind I suggest he takes it up with the Managing Director, Telecommunications in the Post Office.
