(2) if he will seek powers to require local authorities to maintain an up to date list of all firms within their area where guard dogs are used for patrolling premises.
§ Dr. SummerskillMy right hon. Friend and his colleagues concerned intend to consider, as part of a general review of the law relating to the control of dogs, whether means can be found to reduce the risk of dogs attacking people. We shall bear in mind my hon. Friend's suggestions.
