HC Deb 30 July 1974 vol 878 cc130-1W
Mr. Stainton

asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what steps he is taking to ensure adequate supplies of sugar to beekeepers, as those in Suffolk find it almost unobtainable, with consequent risk to bee stocks to maintain pollination next year.

Mr. Bishop

I would refer the hon. Member to the replies given on 26th July to the hon. Members for Fife, East (Sir John Gilmour) and Glasgow, Cathcart (Mr. Teddy Taylor) and to my reply of yesterday to the hon. Member for Edinburgh, South (Mr. Clark Hutchison).
