(2) how many men in Scotland over the age of 21 years were earning less than £20 per week on 1st January 1972, 1st July 1972, 1st January 1973 and 1st July 1073.
§ Mr. BoothEstimates are available only for April each year from the New Earnings Survey. The following relate to full-time men aged 21 and over in manual and non-manual occupations whose pay for the survey reference period was not affected by absence:
