asked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will reinstitute relief for parsonage houses from sewerage charges.

My right hon. Friend will be reviewing various sspects of charging and financing policy with the water authorities later this year. He excludes nothing from consideration as part of that review. To give parsonage houses any relief from sewerage charges would, however, require legislation.
