§ Mr. Biggs-Davisonasked the Secretary of State for the Environment how many objections his Department has received from within the Epping Forest parliamentary constituency to his proposed route for the M16; which public bodies and local organisations are among the objectors; and what are the arrangements for public inquiry.
§ Mr. Carmichael211 objections to the M16 proposals were received from within the hon. Member's constituency up to Friday 12th July. 12 public bodies and 19 other organisations have submitted objections whose names are listed below. Arrangements for a public inquiry are in hand and I will let the hon. Member have 469W details as soon as they have been finalised.
