§ Mr. Loveridgeasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will consider improved benefits for cases of invaliding and death of members of the reserve forces who are primarily civilians and whose next of kin are debarred from making a claim against the Crown owing to Section 10 of the Crown Proceedings Act 1947.
