asked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether she will consider updating the National Insurance (Computation of Earnings) Regulations 1967 (SI No. 760, 1967) and, in particular, regulation S(F) which only allows 15p for any meal token during the hours of employment; and if she will make a statement.
