§ Mr. Edgeasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if she will make treatment for handicapped children of the type devised by the Institute for the Achievement of Human Potential in Philadelphia available under the provisions of the National Health Service.
§ Dr. OwenI could not regard this as justified, as I am advised that there is no proven theoretical basis to suggest that more effective results can be expected from this method of treatment than from any other active regime which can be offered within the National Health Service.
