HC Deb 23 July 1974 vol 877 c409W
53. Mr. Scott-Hopkins

asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether he will now arrange for finance to be made available for the extension to Calver Primary School in Derbyshire during 1974–75 owing to overcrowding and unsuitability of the nineteenth century building.

Mr. Armstrong

It is now for the Derbyshire Education Authority to decide whether the need for additional school accommodation in the area is sufficient to justify a start on this project within the authority's lump sum allocation for 1974–75.
