asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will now take steps to repeal the Incitement to Disaffection Act 1934.

No. The law on treason and related offences is under review by the Law Commission, and the Incitement to Disaffection Act 1934 falls within this remit. The law in this field needs to be fundamentally examined, and I do not think that it would be appropriate to deal with the 1934 Act in isolation.
