§ Mr. David Priceasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he is now able to say what steps he is taking to implement that part of the motion on rates passed by this House on 27th June 1974, which urged Her Majesty's Government to introduce a measure of interim relief this year for the benefit of those worst affected and to provide that water and sewerage charges should rank for rate rebate.
