§ Dr. SummerskillThe Prison (Amendment) Rules 1974, which came into force on 1st June, made a number of changes regarding disciplinary awards and also in the rules on religious registration, censorship of mail and frequency of visits. Prison regulations other than the statutory rules are constantly under review and are frequently revised.
