§ The Prime MinisterI met the Norwegian Prime Minister at the anniversary meeting of the North Atlantic Council in Brussels on 26th June, and when he came to the meeting of the Socialist International at Chequers on 29th and 30th June. We had useful talks which reflected the close relationship and friendship between Britain and Norway.
