§ Mr. John SilkinOne of the matters which the development corporation has under consideration as part of its study into the feasibility of expanding Harlow to meet local needs is the present and future availability of jobs. It is also one of the matters which I shall be considering in consultation with my colleagues when I receive the corporation's proposals.
