asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether Government authority had been given before Mr. Heffer, a Government Minister, joined a party which laid a wreath in Westminster Abbey on the tomb of Admiral Lord Cochran in memory of Marxist guerrillas from Cuba, Bolivia, Brazil and Uruguay who died when the Marxist régime in Chile was overthrown.
