§ LORD GORONWY-ROBERTSThe Permanent Leader of the British Delegation made no opening statement on June 20. The major speech setting out Britain's policy at the Conference was given on July 4 by the Minister of State for Foreign and Commonealth Affairs. A copy of this speech is being placed in the Library.
