§ Mr. Ridsdaleasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if, in view of the importance of reaching an early decision on whether to establish a lorry depot and lorry parks adjacent to the port of Parkeston and Harwich Navy yard, he will give directions for the Joint Essex and Suffolk County Councils service of lorry traffic to be made available to him in one month and not three months' time.
